Access-a-Ride政策 and 权利与责任

缺乏政策:

  • A no-show occurs when 的 vehicle arrives during 的 scheduled pickup window and 的 customer fails to board 的 vehicle within six (6) minutes.
  • If 的 first leg of a trip is canceled or missed, it is 的 customer's responsibility to cancel all unneeded trips for 的 remainder of 的 day. Call Dispatch at (303) 480-2000 to cancel 的se trips.

提前取消政策:

Customers may cancel trips up to two (2) hours before 的 beginning of 的 pick-up window 而不受惩罚 致电调派中心 303-480-2000.

In order to utilize available resources efficiently, we ask that customers cancel unneeded trips before 5:00 pm 的 day before transport whenever possible by calling Reservations at 303-292-6560.

延迟取消政策:

Customers may cancel trips less than two (2) hours before 的 start of 的 scheduled pick-up window 与惩罚 致电调派中心 303-480-2000.

超额缺席和逾期取消政策:

A demonstrated pattern of 晚些时候取消s or no-shows is a serious disruption of service. Once a customer reaches 4 no-shows or 晚些时候取消s in a single calendar month, and 的se incidents total ten percent (10%) or more of your scheduled trips within that calendar month, 的 Access-a-Ride 暂停策略生效. No customer shall be suspended from service for having 3 or fewer no-show or late cancelations in a month.

未付款政策:

Failure to present 的 exact fare when boarding 的 vehicle is in violation of RTD’s fare policy. A demonstrated pattern of fare non-payment causes service disruption and is considered grounds for service suspension. If a customer refuses to pay for a trip and refuses to disembark upon 的 operator’s request, 经营者可以联系执法部门.

恢复取消旅行政策:

Customers may not reinstate trips that have been canceled on 的 day of transport.

定期行程政策的修改:

Customers may not modify pick-up or drop-off addresses on 的 day of transport.

身份证政策:

All customers (except those with visitor status) must present a valid Access-a-Ride登机前出示身份证 Access-a-Ride 车辆.

拒绝或暂停服务政策:

Access-a-Ride is committed to providing safe and reliable service to all customers.The program does not discriminate on any basis in providing its 服务 to eligible customers.根据ADA的规定,RTD可以拒绝或暂停 Access-a-Rideservice to those who engage in violent, disruptive or illegal behavior.

暂停服务政策:

Disruptions of service due to violation of 的 Excessive No Shows, Late Cancellations or No Pay policies as stated above may result in penalty and 的 revocation of your Access-a-Ride 服务. 累进暂停策略如下:

  • 第一次违例,停赛7天
  • 第二次违规,禁赛14天
  • 第三次违例,停赛21天
  • 第四次违例,停赛28天
  • Additional violation - referral to an appeal committee

任何违反不出现规定的行为, 晚些时候取消, or no payment policies will be recorded by dispatch as 的y occur. The customer will receive an email and/or phone call advising 的m of 的 occurrence. Continued occurrences totaling 10% or more of a customer’s trips in a single calendar month will result in a suspension letter by mail. Customers will be given 的 opportunity to appeal 的 suspension within a 14-day time frame, 之后服务暂停期开始.

The progressive suspension process will start over at 的 beginning of each calendar year.

暂停服务政策

  • Violation of 的 rules of conduct set forth in this Customer Guide may result in service suspension. If service has been suspended, a customer may appeal prior to 的 start of suspension. Requests for an appeal may be made by contacting 的 Access-a-Ride 客户服务代表 303-299-2960. The process for requesting an appeal is also included in communication regarding service suspension.

  • Customers who assault ano的r passenger or 的 vehicle operator will be suspended from Access-a-Ride 立即服务. This suspension will last up to 14 days and may be appealed as above. Customers found to have injured ano的r passenger or 的 vehicle operator in a second incident will have 的ir Access-a-Ride 服务永久终止.

权利与责任

RTD Access-a-Ride customers have a responsibility to:

  • Update personal information (address, phone number, device or mobility aid, etc.)及时
  • Provide accurate information when requesting a ride
  • Treat operators and o的r passengers with respect
  • Have 的 correct fare; exact change only if paid with cash
  • 有电流 Access-a-Ride 身份证
  • 旅行时,如有需要,请配备个人护理人员
  • Travel with a portable respirator and/or enough oxygen for 的 trip if needed
  • Be ready at 的 beginning of 的 thirty-minute (30) window that was negotiated at 的 time of scheduling
  • Cancel by 5:00 pm 的 evening prior to 的 scheduled trip or at least two (2) hours before 的 beginning of 的 scheduled pick-up window
  • 采取预防措施保护他人
    if you are sick or feel you may be contagious, including use of masks or limiting your travel

RTD Access-a-Ride客户有权:

  • 安全的运输
  • 及时的服务
  • 专业有礼的操作员
  • 车辆安全、保养得当
  • Properly fastened seat belts and wheelchair securements

行为准则

所有乘客, 包括贵宾和嘉宾, are expected to follow 的se rules of conduct to ensure 的 safety and comfort of all passengers and 的 operator:

  • 车上禁止吸烟
  • 禁止投掷物品
  • No eating or drinking on board 的 vehicle unless required for health reasons
  • No abusive, threatening or obscene language or actions
  • No physical abuse towards ano的r passenger or 的 operator
  • No removal of clothing, shoes must be worn while on vehicle
  • 不得篡改任何车辆设备
  • Ear/headphones must be used when listening to audio with personal devices
  • Service animals must be controlled on 的 vehicle
  • 所有乘客都必须系好安全带

违反《 Access-a-Ride 行为准则 are subject to penalties, up to termination of service.
