NOTE: Due to impacts from the ongoing Downtown Rail Reconstruction Project, bus and rail services downtown are limited through mid-September. D and H lines are being detoured to Union Station, while L Line service has been suspended. Denver is proud to host one of the nation's largest and most prominent Juneteenth celebrations. The Juneteenth Music Festival takes place in Denver’s historic Five Points neighborhood, celebrating the Black community and honoring Juneteenth, the day when the last of the nation’s enslaved people got word of their freedom.

The 2000s were a special time in music for millennials growing up. It was a time when emo music dominated airwaves and music video channels, Warped Tour was the summer spotlight for the outcasts, and every sports and racing video game had a deluge of emo and pop punk hits.
